Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Carrier Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and package size.
Shipping Location We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@herbyz.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
