Returns & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product is defective due to a manufacturing issue
  • The product is expired or has less than 30 days remaining before the expiration date at the time of delivery
  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • The product received is incorrect or does not match your original order

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Customer ordered the wrong product
  • Customer changed their mind or no longer wants the product
  • Product packaging has been opened (unless defective or damaged)

Important: We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order after your refund is processed.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@herbyz.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product name(s)
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please do not ship items back without an RMA number.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free of charge for products that meet the eligible return conditions listed above. We will provide a prepaid shipping label once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank
